π± Multiple eSIMs & Dual SIM
Can I have multiple eSIMs on one device?
Yes! Most modern smartphones support multiple eSIMs:
- iPhone XS and newer: 5-10 eSIMs (only 1-2 active at once)
- iPhone 13 and newer: Up to 8 eSIMs
- Samsung Galaxy (S20+, Note20+): 5+ eSIMs
- Google Pixel (3+): Multiple eSIMs supported
π‘ Tip: You can install multiple eSIMs (e.g., one for each country you visit), but typically only 1-2 can be active simultaneously (Dual SIM).
How many eSIMs can be active at the same time?
Most devices support Dual SIM functionality:
- 1 active eSIM for data/calls/SMS
- 2 active eSIMs simultaneously (one for data, one for calls) β Dual SIM
- 1 physical SIM + 1 eSIM active together (Dual SIM Dual Standby)
Example: You can keep your home SIM active for calls/SMS while using a travel eSIM for data abroad.
How do I switch between eSIMs?
π iOS (iPhone):

- Tap the eSIM you want to use
- Toggle Turn On This Line
- Select which line to use for Default for Mobile Data
π€ Android:
- Go to Settings β Network & Internet β SIMs

π iOS:
Settings β Mobile Data β [Select eSIM] β Remove Mobile Plan
π€ Android:
