How to Check eSIM Support
Make sure your device supports eSIM before purchasing
iPhone & iPad
- Open Settings > General > About
- Scroll down and look for "Available SIM Cards" or "Digital SIM"
- If you see these options, your device supports eSIM
Android Devices
- Open Settings > About Phone
- Tap on "IMEI" or "Status"
- If you see an EID number, your device supports eSIM

- • Some devices purchased in certain countries or from certain carriers may not support eSIM, even if the model generally supports eSIM.
- • Devices purchased in China typically do not support eSIM (except iPhone 13 mini and newer in Hong Kong and Macau).
- • Make sure you have the latest version of your operating system.
- • If you're unsure, contact your device manufacturer or mobile carrier.
