Full Refund Guarantee

If you haven't installed or used your eSIM, you're eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

When Can You Get a Refund?

✅ Eligible for Full Refund

  • Not installed – You purchased but never scanned the QR code
  • Technical issues – Your device doesn't support eSIM (we'll verify)
  • Duplicate purchase – You accidentally bought twice
  • Travel plans changed – Trip cancelled before eSIM activation

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Already activated – eSIM has been installed and connected to network
  • Data used – Any data consumption disqualifies refund
  • Expired validity – Plan validity period has ended
  • Wrong destination – Please check coverage before purchase

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number (starts with ORD-)
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We'll respond within 24 hours

Refund Processing Time

  • Decision: Within 24-48 hours
  • Processing: 5-10 business days to your original payment method
